The sales rep was very responsive and answered my concerns timely. She returned calls or responded by email and that is what solely sold me the product. To top it off, the technician was wonderful. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns and did a wonderful job on making sure the unit was performing as I was told. I’ll definitely be just as faithful to you as you guys were to me.
